Instructions:
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
- If desired, add coconut oil to the melted chocolate for a silkier texture.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the chocolate, coating about two-thirds of the berry.
- Place the dipped strawberries on a sheet of parchment paper.
